The Orlando Film & Drama Company, is a creative hub designed to empower dreamers of all ages—whether you’re discovering your passion for the first time or returning to it with renewed purpose. More than just a studio, it’s a supportive space where shy beginners, bold late starters, parents nurturing young talent, and artists seeking a second chance can find real opportunity.
Our mission is to cultivate talent, amplify voices, and help every artist grow.
Here, your creativity is seen, your story matters, and your dreams finally get the chance they deserve.
Creating The Orlando Film & Drama Company represents one of the most significant and purposeful moments of my career — a vision shaped by years of working with artists who carried immense talent, yet lacked access, representation, or a place where they truly felt they belonged.
This studio was born from the belief that art thrives where safety, discipline, and opportunity meet. For minority artists, bilingual creators, immigrants, and dreamers navigating the pursuit of the American Dream, the journey can often feel isolating. OFDC exists to change that narrative.
But this space was also created for those who simply want to keep training, growing, and enjoying the process. We have built a warm, professional, and welcoming environment where artists can come in, feel at home, and focus on learning. A place to explore, to be challenged, and to discover what they are truly capable of. Our faculty is made up of passionate, experienced teachers who are committed to pushing each artist to reach their maximum potential — to bring out the best in them and show them what they’re made of.
As our community of artists in formation grows, those same performers become the first to be considered for our in-house productions: short films, podcasts, theatre productions, feature projects, and professional casting opportunities for film, television, and theatre. Training at OFDC is not separate from opportunity — it is the pathway to it.
In the end, it doesn’t matter if you arrive here to study acting and filmmaking, to strengthen communication and confidence for your professional life, or because you’re seeking opportunity, networking, creative community, new friends and/or support;
We have built this for you.
And we are ready for you!

By becoming a Mentor, you’re not just giving funds—you’re opening doors, shaping careers, and investing in the next generation of storytellers, filmmakers, and performers.

Dear Business Owners, Sponsors, Padrinos & Madrinas,
My name is Antonio Morales Cruz, and I’m the founder of The Orlando Film & Drama Company, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to shaping the next generation of actors, filmmakers, and artists from our diverse Central Florida community.
Every day, talented and passionate young people walk through our doors dreaming of a future in the arts—acting, singing, filmmaking, digital media—but many of them face financial barriers that limit their opportunities. For these families, art is often seen as a luxury rather than an accessible path.
That’s why we’ve launched the Mentorship Sponsorship Program, where generous businesses and individuals can sponsor a student and give them access to professional training, workshops, short film productions, and mentorship.
No matter the size of your company, your support makes a lasting impact. By investing in young artists, you become part of a movement that builds confidence, purpose, and opportunity—right here in Orlando. Please feel free to contact me directly for more information or to receive our sponsorship tiers and official flyer.
Thank you for your time, your generosity, and your belief in the power of art.
